Be Thou[you.singular] Perfect

there is no phrase "Be Thou Holy" for any individual person because ONLY GOD THE LORD JESUS CHRIST is HOLY and IS ALWAYS HOLY AND PERFECT!

for thy judgments are made manifest."
Revelation 15:4

NOTE "BE YE" could refer to:
1) OUR FAMILY MEMBERS within our HOUSEHOLD;
2) CHURCH, the BODY of CHRIST;
3) NATION;
4) EVEn EVEryone.

"BE YE" also implies that we may not there yet,

and even if we are already there, we are to remain there.
