ONE Resurrection for each and EVEry person because GOD WILL NOT resurrect the dead after the 2nd Death which is LAKE OF FIRE.
Note: Resurrection is more than raising the dead. Jesus and prophets did raised the dead before. However those are raised to live again still in their old bodies. RESURRECTION INCLUDES QUICKENING!
"For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom He will."
NO ONE can find a VERSE in the BIBLE with the phrase "Second Resurrection".
Although there is this phrase "First Resurrection".
It could be that First Resurrection pointed to the
LAST Resurrection which is called the
Resurrection of Damnation.
John 5:28,29
"Marvel not at this:
for the hour is coming,
in the which
all that are in the graves
shall hear [JESUS']His voice,
And
shall come forth;
they that have
done good
[believed in JESUS, God the ONLY GOOD],
unto
the resurrection of life
[GloriousRapture New Body];
and they that have
done evil,
unto
the resurrection of damnation
[Living Dead Zombie]."
What type of Resurrection will you get?
Glorious Rapture New Body or
Living dead Zombie?
JESUS is COMING with a SHOUT!
"Verily, verily, I say unto you,
The hour is coming,
and now is,
when
the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God:
and
they that hear shall live."
John 5:25
Although MANY CHRISTIANs argue that since BIBLE clearly mentioned First Resurrection...this implies another 2nd or third resurrections...however their own term "2nd Resurrection" WILL CONFUSE
people.
Because 1st Resurrection will be BLESSED with NEW BODY that WILL NEVER DIE AGAIN.
"BLESSED and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power..." Revelation 20:6a
So how could any Resurrected person die? The answer is the person who did not believe in JESUS CHRIST will be resurrected unto death and WILL be thrown into the LAKE OF FIRE to be tormented
for EVER which is so-called the Second DEATH!.
see Revelation 20:11-15
We should not therefore use our own human understanding knowing that there is certain time difference between the resurrections of different people over the entire history of mankind and
claim that there are 2nd or 3rd resurrections...this misleads people even further.
We could not say we can be Resurrected Twice!
Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed
unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"
This Judgment implies 1 Resurrection only because in our flesh we shall see God.
Pls note this does not exclude
a second death which can be given after the judgment.
Job 19:26 "And though after
my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my
flesh shall I see God:"
We can only say that at different period of time, maybe 1000yrs after our own Resurrection, there will be some people going to be Resurrected by GOD and that Resurrection will still be that
people's First Resurrection.
God sees EVERYONE in the SAME TIME which is why "BLESSED and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power..." Revelation 20:6a.
God blesses those who believes in Jesus Christ and so their names are written in the Book of Life.
