Nehemiah:8:5,12: "And Ezra opened the book[WORD OF GOD] in the sight of all the people;

all the people;) and when he opened it,
all the people stood up:...
And all the people went their way to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great mirth

that were declared unto them."
For info...There are 6 occurrences of Underst... in Book of Nehemiah Chapter 8 alone regarding the Law[Word of God].
Nehemiah:8:2: "And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month."
8:3: "And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law."
8:7: "Also Jeshua, and Bani, and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law: and the people stood in their place."
8:8: "So they read in the book in the law of God distinctly, and gave the sense, and caused them to understand the reading."

How do we Get Understanding?
1) We get Understanding When we fear the LORD
Psalms:111:10: "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do His commandments: His praise endureth for ever."
2) We get Understanding From the LORD and HIS
WORD[Precepts/Law/Commandments/testimonies]
Psalms:119:27: "Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works."
Psalms:119:34: "Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart."
Psalms:119:73: "Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments."
Psalms:119:104: "Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way."
Psalms:119:125: "I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies."
3) We get Understanding by being simple?
Psalms:119:130: "The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple."
4) We get MORE Understanding When we keep or meditate on the Word of God[Precepts/Law/Commandments/testimonies]
Psalms:119:99: "I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation."
Psalms:119:100: "I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts."
With Understanding, We shall live!
Psalms:119:144: "The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live."

Genesis Exodus Leviticus Numbers Deuteronomy Judges Kings Chronicles Psalm Proverbs Ecclesiastes Songofsongs Lamentations Acts Revelation=15 are not really names.
2Samuel 2Corinthians 2Thessalonians 2Timothy 2Peter 1/2/3John are repeated names and excluding 2kings 2chronicles= 10 repeated usages...so excluding these 25 unless song of songs is counted as solomon's...
there are around 41 different names used in Bible.
Yet Name of Jesus was not used...because the Bible is Jesus Christ!
